COC exists to liberate and empower the spiritually oppressed. This it seeks to do through:

• Prayer and Deliverance sessions
• The Rehabilitation of Drug Addicts/ Victims of Domestic Violence and
• The Training of churches in the organisation of Outreach Programmes
